Add bell peppers, and cook 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in beans, broth, rosemary, paprika, and salt. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and beans are warm.
Meanwhile, microwave rice according to package directions. Stir rice into bean mixture until blended.
