Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cook garlic in hot oil in a small ovenproof skillet until fragrant. Stir broccoli into garlic in skillet.
Whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, roasted red pepper, salt, and crushed pepper in a bowl. Gradually pour over broccoli mixture in skillet.
Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 20 minutes or until set and beginning to brown.

½ (28-oz) pkg frozen diced hash browns with onions and peppers
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
2 Tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
Combine potatoes, cumin, and paprika. Cook potato mixture, covered, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 17 minutes or until crispy and golden, turning every 3 to 4 minutes.
Transfer potatoes to a paper towel-lined plate; sprinkle with pepper.
