Pineapple-Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb top sirloin steak, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ peeled and cored pineapple, cubed

Instructions

  1. Toss together steak, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
  2. Cook steak in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.
  3. Stir in pineapple; cook until heated. Serve over rice.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (8.5-oz) pouch microwavable jasmine rice
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions.
  2. Steam broccoli according to package directions; toss with oil and soy sauce.
