Carne Asada Sub Sandwich
Guacamole with Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen pepper and onion blend
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (14-oz) pkg frozen fully cooked steak fajitas, thawed
- 6 sub rolls, split and toasted
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded pepper Jack cheese
- 1 cup creamy chipotle sauce
- 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook pepper and onion blend in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until tender. Add steak, and cook until thoroughly heated.
- Fill sub rolls with steak mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with cilantro.

- 1 (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips
- 1 (8-oz) container guacamole
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve guacamole with chips.
