Oven Roasted Parmesan Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
- 8 ears corn on the cob, shucked
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp minced fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place corn on a lightly greased baking sheet; brush with oil, and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until corn begins to brown.
- Meanwhile, stir together butter, cheese, basil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Brush corn with butter mixture. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
