Chicken Parmesan Pizza
- 1 (16-oz) loaf frozen garlic bread, thawed
- 1 (15-oz) can pizza sauce
- 1½ lb deli fried chicken fingers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut bread in half lengthwise; place, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until toasted.
- Spread pizza sauce on bread; top with chicken fingers and cheeses. Return to oven, and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
