Bruschetta Chicken Pizza
Marinated Cucumber Salad
- 1 (13.8-oz) pkg refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- Press pizza dough onto a greased large rimmed baking sheet. Spread sauce on dough. Top with cheese, chicken, tomatoes, onion, and seasoning.
- Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil.
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 head green leaf lettuce, chopped
- Toss together cucumber and vinaigrette; chill 30 minutes. Add lettuce, and toss. Serve immediately.
