Easy Garlic-Pepper Chicken

Orzo and Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 2¼ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Rub chicken with seasoning.
  2. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes per side or until browned. Place chicken on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is done.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 cups orzo 
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions; adding green beans during last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain again.
  2. Toss orzo and beans with tomatoes and vinaigrette.
