Easy Garlic-Pepper Chicken
Orzo and Green Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 2¼ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Rub chicken with seasoning.
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes per side or until browned. Place chicken on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 cups orzo
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package directions; adding green beans during last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain again.
- Toss orzo and beans with tomatoes and vinaigrette.
