Asian Beef Noodle Bowl

Crispy Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 2½ cups water
  • 2 (3-oz) pkg beef flavored ramen noodles
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir fry
  • 2 Tbsp refrigerated ginger paste

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
  2. Add water to beef in skillet, and bring to a boil. Break ramen noodles into pieces over beef mixture, and cook until slightly softened.
  3. Add stir-fry mix; return to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in seasoning packets from ramen and ginger paste; cook 2 minutes .

  • 6 frozen vegetable egg rolls

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake egg rolls according to package directions.
