Asian Beef Noodle Bowl
Crispy Egg RollsIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 2½ cups water
- 2 (3-oz) pkg beef flavored ramen noodles
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir fry
- 2 Tbsp refrigerated ginger paste
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Add water to beef in skillet, and bring to a boil. Break ramen noodles into pieces over beef mixture, and cook until slightly softened.
- Add stir-fry mix; return to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in seasoning packets from ramen and ginger paste; cook 2 minutes .

- 6 frozen vegetable egg rolls
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake egg rolls according to package directions.
