Preheat a grill pan or a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook burgers 5 minutes or until set and crust has formed on bottom. Flip burgers; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
Spread 2 Tbsp mayonnaise on cut sides of each bun. Serve burgers on buns with spinach and tomato. Top with additional hummus, if desired.
