Sausage and Tortellini Skillet
- 1 (16-oz) pkg ground mild Italian sausage
- 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Cook sausage in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, if needed, and return to skillet.
- Add tortellini, pasta sauce, broth, and garlic powder; bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
