Creamy Pizza Baked Ziti

Caesar Salad with Crispy Breadcrumbs

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) box ziti pasta
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg ground sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 (3.5-oz) pkg pepperoni
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (15-oz) jar alfredo sauce
  • 3 cups shredded Italian blend cheese, divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausage and pepperoni in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain, and spoon into a large bowl. Stir in marinara sauce and alfredo sauce.
  3. Layer half of pasta mixture in a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half of cheeses. Repeat layers.
  4. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together lettuce and dressing in a large bowl.
  2. Divide salad among 6 plates; sprinkle with crispy breadcrumbs.
  3. Cook breadcrumbs in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring until golden.
