Creamy Pizza Baked Ziti
Caesar Salad with Crispy Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) box ziti pasta
- 1 (20-oz) pkg ground sweet Italian sausage
- 1 (3.5-oz) pkg pepperoni
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (15-oz) jar alfredo sauce
- 3 cups shredded Italian blend cheese, divided
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage and pepperoni in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain, and spoon into a large bowl. Stir in marinara sauce and alfredo sauce.
- Layer half of pasta mixture in a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half of cheeses. Repeat layers.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- 2 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together lettuce and dressing in a large bowl.
- Divide salad among 6 plates; sprinkle with crispy breadcrumbs.
- Cook breadcrumbs in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring until golden.
