Chicken Fried Steak and Gravy

Ingredients
- ½ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups gluten free panko
- 1 cup Gluten free flour
- 1½ Tbsp seasoned salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 lb cubed steak, cut into 6 portions
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 (2.64-oz) pkg gluten free country gravy mix
Instructions
- Whisk together milk and eggs in a shallow dish. Stir together crushed crackers, flour, seasoned salt, and pepper in a separate shallow dish.
- Dip steak in milk mixture, letting excess drip off; dredge in cracker mixture to coat. Place on a wire rack set over a foil-lined baking sheet. Let stand 20 minutes to set crust.
- Pour oil to a depth of ½ inch in a deep skillet; heat over medium-high heat to 360˚F. Fry steaks, in batches, 4 to 6 minutes per side or until golden brown and done.
- Meanwhile, prepare gravy according to package directions. Serve over steaks.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
- 3 (14.5-oz) cans cut green beans, rinsed and drained
Side Dish Instructions
- Meanwhile, heat potatoes according to package directions .
- Combine broth and beans in a saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
