Roast Beef Lettuce Wraps with Pesto Mayo
Yogurt Fruit Salad
- ¼ cup reduced-fat olive oil mayonnaise
- ¼ cup refrigerated reduced-fat pesto
- 8 leaves Bibb lettuce
- ½ lb thin deli-sliced, low-sodium roast beef
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Stir together mayonnaise and pesto. Spread mayonnaise mixture on each lettuce leaf. Top with roast beef, avocado, and tomato; roll up.
- 2 cups cubed honeydew melon
- 2 small bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ (16-oz) container strawberries, cut in half
- 1 (5.3-oz) container less-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt (see Note)
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
