Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 (1-oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
- 3 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Stir together beef, cheese, egg, onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire, and mustard. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
- Cook patties, in batches, in a large skillet 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
- Serve patties on buns with dressing, lettuce, and tomatoes.
