Everything Bagel Chicken
Parmesan-Roasted Broccoli and Tomatoes
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup everything bagel seasoning
- ¾ cup honey mustard
- Preheat oven to 450ºF. Arrange chicken in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Brush butter over chicken; sprinkle with seasoning, pressing gently to adhere.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Serve with honey mustard for dipping.
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together broccoli, tomatoes, oil, and red pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 10 minutes or until almost tender. Sprinkle with cheese; toss. Bake 5 minutes longer or until tender.
