Cheesy Bacon and Broccoli Ravioli Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen five cheese ravioli
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 6 slices center cut bacon
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 (10-oz) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook ravioli and broccoli according to package directions. Cut large broccoli florets into smaller pieces.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
- Add onion and garlic to drippings in skillet; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in broccoli and red pepper; cook 1 minute.
- Stir in ravioli and Alfredo sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and cheese melts. Sprinkle with bacon.

- 2 apples, chopped
- 1 (4.3-oz) pkg pomegranate arils
- 5 clementines
- 2 pears, chopped
Side Dish Instructions
- Peel and section clementines. Combine clementines, apples, pears, and pomegranate arils in a bowl; chill until ready to serve.
