Cheesy Bacon and Broccoli Ravioli Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen five cheese ravioli
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 6 slices center cut bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 (10-oz) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli and broccoli according to package directions. Cut large broccoli florets into smaller pieces.
  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
  3. Add onion and garlic to drippings in skillet; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in broccoli and red pepper; cook 1 minute.
  4. Stir in ravioli and Alfredo sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and cheese melts. Sprinkle with bacon.

  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 1 (4.3-oz) pkg pomegranate arils
  • 5 clementines
  • 2 pears, chopped

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Peel and section clementines. Combine clementines, apples, pears, and pomegranate arils in a bowl; chill until ready to serve.
