Banana Bread Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups whole wheat pancake mix
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil

Instructions

  1. Combine pancake mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together bananas, milk, and oil in a separate bowl; stir into flour mixture just until blended.
  3. Spray griddle or a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; preheat to medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto griddle. Cook until tops are covered with bubbles; turn and cook other side.
