Banana Bread Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1¼ cups whole wheat pancake mix
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
Instructions
- Combine pancake mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Whisk together bananas, milk, and oil in a separate bowl; stir into flour mixture just until blended.
- Spray griddle or a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; preheat to medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto griddle. Cook until tops are covered with bubbles; turn and cook other side.
