Seven-Layer Burritos
Ingredients
- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches Spanish rice
- 6 burrito flour tortillas
- 1 (16-oz) can refried beans
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup pico de gallo, drained
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- ¾ cup guacamole
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spread refried beans on warm tortillas. Top with rice, black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, cheese, and guacamole.
- Fold in both sides of each tortilla; roll up to completely enclose filling. Wrap burritos in parchment paper or foil, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
