Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 (750-ml) bottle cabernet sauvignon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 (12-oz) cans lime flavored sparkling water
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp maple syrup, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine orange and apple slices and blackberries on a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until blackberries begin to burst.
  2. Add wine, caramelized fruit, and cinnamon sticks to a large pitcher; chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Stir in sparkling water and, if desired, maple syrup.
