Crust: mix ½ box jiffy, the cornmeal, flour, 1 egg, and ¼ cup oil. Add a few cups of water until it reaches pancake batter consistency.
Pour ½ of crust in bottom of pan. Drop pin filling and gently spread in pan, pour remainder crust on top.
Bake at 350 for 60-80 minutes.
