Stir in cumin, salt, and salsa. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Spoon mixture into an 8-inch broiler-proof baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro just before serving.
