Meanwhile, toss together sausage, corn, bell pepper, 2 Tbsp oil, ½ tsp cumin, and ¼ tsp each chili powder and pepper on a second large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
Add pan to oven; roast 15 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender. Top each serving with sour cream and green onions.
