Instructions
Preheat grill to low heat. Scoop out seeds from each zucchini half using a spoon.
Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain.
Combine sausage, tomatoes, garlic, and ½ cup cheese in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into each zucchini half, pressing to fill evenly; sprinkle tops with remaining ¼ cup cheese.
Grill, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until zucchini is tender.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Pierce potatoes with a fork. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes or until almost tender; cool slightly.
Cut potatoes into wedges; drizzle with oil and honey. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Toss.
Grill, covered, 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. Combine potatoes, salad greens, nuts, and vinaigrette just before serving.
