Pan-Seared Garlic Salmon

Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 6 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle fish with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook fish, skin sides up, in batches if necessary, 5 to 8 minutes or until browned. Gently flip fish, and cook 3 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 lb Broccolini
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Bake 6 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
