Pan-Seared Garlic Salmon
Lemon-Roasted BroccoliniIngredients
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 6 Tbsp butter
Instructions
- Sprinkle fish with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook fish, skin sides up, in batches if necessary, 5 to 8 minutes or until browned. Gently flip fish, and cook 3 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 lb Broccolini
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Bake 6 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
