Beef Stroganoff Burgers

Crispy Onion Rings and Apples

Ingredients

  • 6 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg sliced baby portobello mushrooms
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season patties with salt and pepper, if desired. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, and cook until browned and tender. Stir in soup and sour cream; cook until thoroughly heated.
  3. Serve patties on buns with mushroom sauce and desired condiments.

  • 1 (14-oz) pkg apple slices
  • 2 (13.5-oz) pkg frozen crispy onion rings

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake onion rings according to package directions.
  2. Serve onion rings and sliced apples with burgers.
