Skillet Orange Chicken
Steamed Rice and Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients
- ¾ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Whisk together orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done.
- Add orange mixture, and cook, 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.

- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable long grain white rice
- 2 (8-oz) pkg sugar snap peas
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Steam peas according to package directions; toss with soy sauce.
