Tacos in a Bag

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 cup refrigerated salsa
  • 6 (1-oz) pkg nacho cheese tortilla chips
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (8-oz) container guacamole
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add seasoning mix, water, and salsa. Simmer 10 minutes or until thickened.
  2. Gently crush each bag of chips, and open bags down the front or at the top. Fill with beef mixture and desired toppings. Eat straight from the bags.
