Remove pork from cooker and shred with 2 forks, discarding fat.
Meanwhile, bring liquid from cooker to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat; add ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Boil until thickened. Toss shredded pork with sauce and serve on buns.
