2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable penne pasta (see Note)
1 (6-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
½ cup refrigerated lemon vinaigrette
1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
Instructions
Cook green beans according to package directions. Remove from package carefully, and plunge into ice water. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Drain beans, and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine cheese, vinaigrette, and dill. Combine green beans, pasta, chicken, onion, and tomato. Drizzle with dill vinaigrette; toss.
