Beefy Gyro Salad
Quick Pita Chips
- 2 lb top sirloin steak, trimmed and cubed
- 2 tsp Greek seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Tzatziki Ranch yogurt dressing (Opa by Lighthouse)
- Sprinkle steak with Greek seasoning. Cook steak in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
- Toss together lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a large bowl; divide among 6 plates.
- Top each serving with steak. Serve with Tzatziki dressing and Quick Pita Chips.
- 1 (12-oz) pkg pita bread
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut each pita round into 6 triangles; place on a baking sheet and brush with oil.
- Bake pita 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp.
