Beef and Gravy over Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg egg noodles
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can beef broth
  • 1 (0.87-oz) pkg brown gravy mix
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  3. Add broth, gravy mix, and sour cream to beef. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened and thoroughly heated. Serve over pasta.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss together beans, onion, oil, and garlic powder on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until beans are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
