Beef and Gravy over Egg Noodles
Roasted Green Beans and Onions
- 1 (12-oz) pkg egg noodles
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (14.5-oz) can beef broth
- 1 (0.87-oz) pkg brown gravy mix
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add broth, gravy mix, and sour cream to beef. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened and thoroughly heated. Serve over pasta.
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss together beans, onion, oil, and garlic powder on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 10 minutes or until beans are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
