Pan-Seared Salmon Gyros

Ingredients

  • ½ lb salmon fillets
  • ¾ tsp Greek seasoning
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup tzatziki dip
  • 2 Greek pita flatbreads
  • ⅔ cup shredded romaine lettuce 
  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle fish with seasoning. Cook fish in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Break fish into large pieces using a fork.
  2. Spread tzatziki dip on flatbreads; top with lettuce, tomato, fish, onion, and dill.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 cup angel hair coleslaw
  • ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Greek vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1.  Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
