Loaded Mexican Pizza
- 1 (18.9-oz) frozen large cheese pizza
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded iceberg lettuce
- ½ (16-oz) container refrigerated salsa, drained
- ½ (8-oz) carton sour cream
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake pizza directly on oven rack 18 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Top pizza with beans and beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Top pizza with lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and desired amount of cilantro.
