Loaded Mexican Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (18.9-oz) frozen large cheese pizza
  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • ½ cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ (16-oz) container refrigerated salsa, drained
  • ½ (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • Chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake pizza directly on oven rack 18 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  3. Top pizza with beans and beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  4. Top pizza with lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and desired amount of cilantro.
