Stuffed Pepper Bowls

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen pepper and onion blend
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce; cook until thoroughly heated. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Microwave bell pepper and onion strips according to package directions.
  3. Serve meat mixture, bell pepper mixture, and tomatoes over Jasmine Rice recipe. Dollop with sour cream.

  • 1 (8.5-oz) pouch microwavable jarmine rice

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions.
