¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp low-sodium taco seasoning mix
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 soft taco-size flour tortillas
⅔ cup canned refried black beans
1½ cups angel hair coleslaw
1 small tomato, thinly sliced
½ cup bottled salsa verde sauce
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Toss chicken with seasoning. Cook chicken in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done.
Heat tortillas and black beans separately according to package directions. Serve chicken in warm tortillas with beans, slaw, and tomato. Drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
