Baked Italian Pork Chops and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ lb boneless pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ lb green beans, trimmed
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg carrot sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a shallow dish.
  2. Dip pork in butter mixture and place on a large lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Stir together breadcrumbs and cheese; sprinkle over pork, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Arrange green beans and carrots around pork; drizzle with any remaining butter mixture. Toss.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in thickest portion of pork registers 145°F and vegetables are tender.
