Baked Italian Pork Chops and Vegetables
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ lb boneless pork chops
- 2 Tbsp panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ lb green beans, trimmed
- ½ (16-oz) pkg carrot sticks
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a shallow dish.
- Dip pork in butter mixture and place on a large lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Stir together breadcrumbs and cheese; sprinkle over pork, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange green beans and carrots around pork; drizzle with any remaining butter mixture. Toss.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in thickest portion of pork registers 145°F and vegetables are tender.
