Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
Top one side of each tortilla with bacon, turkey, ham, and cheese. Fold tortillas in half.
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add quesadillas to skillet. Cook 4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve with Ranch dressing.
Side Dish Ingredients
½ cup chopped hamburger dill chips
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
¼ (8-oz) bag kettle cooked potato chips
Side Dish Instructions
Stir together all ingredients except chips in a large bowl just before serving. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Serve chips on each plate.
