Grilled Honey Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches
Seedless Grapes
Ingredients
- 2 cups tricolor coleslaw
- 2 Tbsp lite coleslaw dressing
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half crosswise
- ¼ cup spicy honey barbecue sauce
- 2 thin slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Toss together coleslaw and dressing in a bowl.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush chicken with half of barbecue sauce. Grill, covered, 4 minutes per side or until done; brush with remaining barbecue sauce, and top with cheese slices.
- Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted. Place chicken on buns; top with slaw and bun tops.

- 1 cup seedless red grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Chill grapes until ready to serve.
