Grilled Honey Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tricolor coleslaw
  • 2 Tbsp lite coleslaw dressing
  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half crosswise
  • ¼ cup spicy honey barbecue sauce
  • 2 thin slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Toss together coleslaw and dressing in a bowl.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush chicken with half of barbecue sauce. Grill, covered, 4 minutes per side or until done; brush with remaining barbecue sauce, and top with cheese slices.
  3. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted. Place chicken on buns; top with slaw and bun tops.

  • 1 cup seedless red grapes  

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Chill grapes until ready to serve.
