Preheat oven to 450°F. Place bread, cut sides up, on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; drizzle with 1 Tbsp oil. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Cook turkey in ½ Tbsp hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted.
Combine tomatoes, 2 Tbsp basil, and garlic in a bowl; spread on toasted bread. Top with sausage mixture and cheeses. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
Let stand 5 minutes, and cut into wedges. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp basil and red pepper.
