Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, diced
  • 1 cup chopped pimiento stuffed green olives
  • 1 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 cup chopped pepperoncini peppers
  • 3 Tbsp drained capers
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg pita chips

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients except chips in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 2 days.
  2. Serve dip with pita chips.
