Sticky Honey-Soy Chicken Thighs

Basmati Rice and Sesame Stir-Fry Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat both oils in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper; brown in hot oil 3 minutes per side.
  2. Stir together garlic, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar; pour over chicken in skillet. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is done; uncover and cook 3 minutes or until sauce is syrupy. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (8.8-oz) pouch microwavable gluten-free basmati rice (such as Tasty Bite)
  • 2 (16-oz) pkg frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions.
  2. Microwave vegetables according to package directions; transfer to a bowl. Stir in oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
