Sausage Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb) pkg Bob Evans® Sausage Roll
  • 2 (8-oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 cup drained pico de gallo
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 (11-oz) bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain, if needed, and return to skillet.
  2. Add cream cheese, and cook over medium-low heat until cheese is melted. Stir in shredded cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and cilantro. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1½-quart baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortlla chips.
