Italian Sausage and Orzo
Garlic Bread Knots
Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg fully cooked Italian chicken sausage
- 1½ cups orzo
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
- 1 (5-oz) pkg spinach
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Cook sausage in a large lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Add orzo and garlic; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Add broth; bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Gradually stir in spinach until wilted. Stir in tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
