Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 (15-oz) pkg frozen oven roasters red potato wedges and onions
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 lb top sirloin steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp garlic and herb butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread potatoes and onions, and garlic on a large greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Meanwhile, sprinkle steak all over with 1 tsp each salt and pepper. Cook steak in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes. Flip and cook 4 to 6 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from heat. Top with butter; let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak.
  3. Serve steak with roasted potato mixture.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (11-oz) pkg spring mix
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
  • ½ cup creamy Italian dressing
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg seasoned croutons

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
