Ground Turkey, Asparagus and Basil Stir-Fry
Orange-Scented QuinoaIngredients
- 1½ lb ground turkey
- 1 lb frozen cut asparagus, thawed
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- ½ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until turkey is browned and crumbly.
- Stir in asparagus, carrots, green onions and garlic; cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 2 minutes. Stir in basil.

- 1 cup quinoa
- 1½ Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated orange zest
- ¼ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare quinoa according to package directions; toss with remaining ingredients.
