1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes with Italian seasonings
½ cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ (1-oz) pkg fresh basil, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
Add tomatoes, broth, and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in basil, butter, and lemon juice; cook 2 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over chicken, and cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Toss hot pasta with remaining ingredients until spinach is slightly wilted; season with salt and pepper to taste.
