Crispy Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup honey mustard
  • ½ cup crushed fried onions
  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place honey mustard in a bowl and fried onions in another bowl. Coat chicken in honey mustard; dredge in fried onions. Place coated chicken on prepared pan; sprinkle any remaining fried onions on top of chicken.
  3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until done.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • ⅔ cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
  • 3 oz French bread

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together spinach, tomatoes, and vinaigrette in a bowl.
  2. Warm or toast bread according to package directions.
