Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place honey mustard in a bowl and fried onions in another bowl. Coat chicken in honey mustard; dredge in fried onions. Place coated chicken on prepared pan; sprinkle any remaining fried onions on top of chicken.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
