Deep-Dish Meatball Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp yellow cornmeal
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 (26-oz) pkg frozen Italian-style meatballs, thawed
  • 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush oil over bottom of a 13-x 9-inch baking dish, and sprinkle with cornmeal; unroll pizza dough and fit in pan, letting edges hang over sides of pan.
  2. Sprinkle 2 cups mozzarella over dough; top with meatballs, sauce, and 2 cups cheese.
  3. Fold edges of dough into pan over cheese.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is browned and center is bubbly.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot medley
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake 25 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender.
