Beefy Baked Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bow tie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce, divided
- 1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Drain, and return to skillet.
- Add onion and garlic; cook 4 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in 1½ cups marinara sauce. Stir remaining marinara into pasta.
- Transfer pasta mixture to a 13- x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Stir together cream cheese, ricotta, ½ cup Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Spread cheese mixture over pasta mixture in dish. Top with beef mixture; sprinkle with mozzarella and ½ cup Parmesan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
